States of Guernsey: Bubbles

The complex new ‘Bubble’ concept needed a simple explanation. I worked for Spike Productions to  create an animation in four days, including initial design, storyboarding scriptwriting, animation and sound design. The animation was used across the States of Guernsey communication channels and also featured on national news reports.
